            Having been in business since 2016, GPS Driving School has held over 100 driver education courses and taught more than 3,000 students.  Their mission is to educate, train and motivate each and every student to be safe, attentive, and responsible drivers.  GPS stands for Going Places Safely.

            The school is owned and operated by Bill and Kristine Messick.  Bill is a retired lawyer while Kristine retired as a Public Health Nurse in 2018.  They graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1988.  

            In addition to Bill and Kristine, GPS Driving School employs five (5) licensed driver education instructors and has a fleet of five (5) specially-equipped driver education vehicles. 

            GPS Driving School is fully accredited and licensed by the North Carolina DMV.   In addition, Bill is licensed to train and certify new driver education instructors.    

           Bill and Kristine have 3 grown children: Lauren (34), Kathryn (31), and Andrew (24) and one (1) granddaughter, Olivia, age 1.  Lauren and Kathryn graduated from Clayton High School and Andrew from Corinth Holders High School.

Entrance
